Rose Sandoval PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

She was born in Lima, Peru and immigrated with her family to the United States when she was about 4 years old.

She has over 14 years working as a Nurse Practitioner. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked in the emergency department, including the Psychiatric Emergency Department, serving the underserved population.

She has been fortunate to also manage patients in a variety of settings, including primary care, correctional, and in long-term care facilities.

Since 2017, as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she has primarily worked in the outpatient practice setting, managing clients of all ages, socioeconomic backgrounds who dealt with a variety of mental health issues.

She truly enjoys helping others learn to see the best in themselves so that they may lead productive lives to the best of their ability.

She’d like her patients to know that the possibility for improving our mental health is always available. It takes patience, time and effective clinical management tailored to their specific needs.
